Petersfield Budo Course 2003 |
|||||

After
a lot of work I finally managed to arrange the first Budo course to
be held for many years at the Love Lane dojo at Petersfield (the spiritual
home
of
The Zen Judo Family) over Saturday the 31st May and Sunday 1st June. We had around twenty two instructors and students attending over the two day's, with people traveling up from Devon and down from Reading and Nottingham and representing a wide range of clubs and martial arts. A wide range of sessions covering Judo, Combat Judo, Jujitsu, Karate, Self Defence and Grappling, made for an interesting and varied weekend. And the general feeling seemed to be that everyone enjoyed it. I would like to thank the various instructors for offering there expertise and the students for attending, I hope everyone took something useful away from the weekend. I would also like to thank Yvonne, Peggy and Sharna for there sterling services in the kitchen. I am already in the early stages of planning next years course (see box opposite). All the best.
