Hi, haven't seen John Cox in a while - hope he is ok and is he still practicing his karate?

Hi Tam,

I haven't seen John for a few years now, the last time was probably at one of the Zen Judo Budo Courses I held at Petersfield, when John came up as an Instructor back in 2005. He might have been up to Nottingham to Instruct at Shihan Lawson's Budo course as well around the same time.

I have tried to contact him from time to time, but without much success.
