On 22nd August some of the Club's senior students had the chance to be instructed by my original Sensei Jo Winslow 4th Dan Zen Judo who paid the Club a visit with her Senior Instructor Julia McCall 1st Dan Zen Judo.
Sensei Winslow who ran the Felpham Zen Judo Club just outside Bognor Regis and now runs The Selsey Zen Judo Club took some of the students through a fast paced session, which brought back fond memories of my former club training sessions.
The following senior session again allowed more time for some of the students to train with our visitors.
On behalf of The Bognor Zen Judo Club I would like to thank both Sensei Winslow and Julia McCall for there visit and look forward to seeing them again in the future.
