Belfast Kyushindo has recently launched Direct Self Defence and a website www.directdefence.co.uk is in the pipeline.

In addition to regular club training with a rank structure leading to Black Belt Instructor status folks have the option of informal training. Besides this Direct Self Defence is offering a two day course leading to qualification as a Certified Self Defence Instructor and Personal Security Advisor for those with relevant experience.

Direct Self Defence is just that, 'direct'. It is simple and can be learned and practiced by almost anyone of any age.
