Thatcham Kata Course 9th January 2005

The morning was spent going over the Nage-no-kata with instruction from Sensei Padgett with Shihan Lawson acting as uke. And after a short break for refreshments we spent the afternoon on the Katame-no-kata with Shihan Lawson and Sensei Parker. The usual high level of instruction and friendly atmosphere made for a very enjoyable day. I would like to extend my thanks to all the Instructors for there time and also Sensei Mike Healy and Caroline Gourlay and all the Thatcham Club members for a pleasant and instructional day out.
