Here is my latest reply to DCMS policy official Robert Burles. If you want to put it on your site fine.
Good wishes
John
Dear Mr Burles,
Thank you for your email earlier today.
Here again you are playing games.
In an earlier correspondence you write; 'I am the 'policy official with responsibility for sports coaching within DCMS'.
Why then can you not answer the simple question I put to you, February 11 2008, following the announcement that the judo UKCC levels 1 and 2 have been end endorsed?
My question was and remains;
'Can you tell me how individual non-NGB judo people can gain these qualifications?'
The previous Minister for Sport Richard Caborn MP, and Prime Minister of the time Tony Blair, confirmed that a judo UKCC, when endorsed, will be available to all, in or out of an NGB.
If provision has been made, as promised, you, in your position, must know.
I repeat, ' Can YOU tell me how individual non-NGB people can gain these qualifications?
If no provision has been made then please say so.
Yours sincerely,
John Goldman

Dear Mr Goldman,
Thank you for your recent correspondence about UK Coaching Certificate (UKCC) qualifications in Judo.
In your letter of 24 January, you ask whether independent judo groups will be able to map their existing qualifications over to UKCC. In your emails of 11 February and 19 February, you ask how members of independent judo groups will be able to gain access to UKCC qualifications.
I would suggest that you explore these issues with the British Judo Association in the first instance.
Best regards,
Robert Burles
