News Archive: Trowbridge Zen Judo Club - Nage No Kata Training
On the 16th September a Nage No Kata training day was held at Trowbridge Zen Judo Club, hosted by Sensei Mike Healy 4th Dan BZJFA, Chief Instructor at the Trowbridge Club. Members of the Thatcham Zen Judo Club also made the trip.
The training was led by Joe Harbert 5th Dan TJUK (Traditional Judo UK), of Portsmouth Judo Club. Joe has been an instructor at the past two Spring Budo Courses held by the ZJF/BZJFA at Petersfield and this year at Bognor Zen Judo Club, at which he gave a demonstration of the Nage No Kata.
